In just under 14 years, Treasure Valley native Corey Barton has grown his company, CBH Homes, from a one-man business operating out of the back of his pick-up truck to Idaho's largest and most respected homebuilder.

Through all the challenges that come with this level of growth, Corey crafts homes and communities that stand out from the crowd through their design, construction and overall value. Today, CBH Homes operates out of its 10,000 sq. ft. headquarters that, in addition to housing its construction, customer service and marketing employees, is home to the firms mortgage company CBH Home Loans and a 3,000 sq. ft. Design Studio.

In 2005, the company built more than 2,000 homes, more than double its nearest competitor. In all, CBH Homes has built more than 7,000 homes. The company currently offers homes priced from the mid $100's to upper $300's in 35 communities throughout the Treasure Valley, from Caldwell to Southeast Boise and nearly everywhere in between.

About Corey Barton

Raised in Boise, Corey got his start in the construction industry as a framer. After several years working for several Treasure Valley builders, Corey became known for his dedication -- a person builders (and homeowners!) could count on when they needed something done right.

As his reputation grew, so did his confidence. In 1992, with not much more than his pick-up truck and a tool belt Barton began building homes in Ada County. A tireless worker and master of efficiency, Corey quickly won buyers over with spacious floor plans, quality construction and a wide range of finish options. Simply put, he gave his buyers more for their money.

CBH Homes is proud to be the sole builder for all of Crimson Point.
